More than just a house call: Care that puts you first.
A warm welcome
Welcome!
Our provider will start by learning about your health goals and what’s important to you.
Your health story
We’ll take the time to review your medical history to get a better understanding of your health needs.
A comfortable check-up
We’ll take your vitals and review your health goals, answering any questions you may have along the way.
Collaborative care
Based on our health assessment and your input, we’ll outline a care plan that supports your health goals.
Clear next steps
We’ll chat with you about any follow-up visits and make a plan to connect with your other healthcare providers.
Your first visit typically lasts about an hour. We allow extra time for this initial appointment so your provider can get to know you, understand your health needs, and review your medical history. Any follow-up visits you schedule with WellBe may be a little shorter, but we will always give you the time and attention you deserve to ensure you never feel rushed.
For the safety and comfort of everyone, including your pet and our provider, we kindly ask that you ensure your pet is secure during the visit. This might mean having them in another room or on a leash. Please let us know if you have any concerns or specific needs regarding your pet when you schedule your visit.
We want your first visit experience to be as comfortable and easy as possible. The only thing you need is a valid photo ID. We’ll take care of the rest!
WellBe visits never cost more than your regular co-pay, and may even cost nothing at all! For information on your co-pay, please call the number on the back of your insurance card.
You are welcome to have a loved one, such as a family member or caregiver, present during your first WellBe visit – we often find that this is beneficial! They can offer support, share valuable insights into your daily life and medical needs, and help you remember important details from our visit. Of course, it’s up to you who you would like to have present. Our provider will focus on your needs while being respectful of everyone in the home.
