Shafina Shehnaz, Chief Financial Officer

Shafina’s background is defined by high-stakes roles at Optum Health, where she steered fiscal strategy as CFO and optimized regional performance as COO. At WellBe, she’ll focus on bridging the gap between operational efficiency and financial health to set new standards in the care delivery space.

Sabita Lahiri, Chief Transformation Officer

WellBe’s new Chief Transformation Officer, Sabita Lahiri, joins WellBe with nearly a decade of leadership in clinical strategy. Sabita’s career is defined by a rare ability to blend fiscal logic with clinical excellence, a skill she honed through various leadership tiers at Landmark Health. Having most recently served as a Senior Advisor at Rubicon Founders, she joins us with a sharp focus on refining internal systems and broadening our clinical footprint to better serve our communities.

Dr. Katrina Booth, Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Katrina Booth joins the WellBe executive suite as Chief Medical Officer, bringing a deep background in clinical innovation and operational excellence. With a track record of success as the Chief Quality Officer for Optum at Home, Dr. Booth is an expert at scaling complex services, without losing sight of rigorous quality standards. She is a fierce advocate for interdisciplinary care, ensuring our clinical models are as efficient as they are effective.

Cammile Bird, Senior Vice President of Engagement

WellBe’s new Senior Vice President of Engagement, Cammile Bird, brings a sophisticated background in scaling high-performance functions within complex healthcare environments. Her recent success at Daymark Health involved building a full-scale engagement department to support their launch of oncology services. Throughout her career, Bird has consistently demonstrated an ability to bridge the gap between clinical excellence and community accessibility.
